Author H.D. Campbell
H.D. Campbell has over thirty years of writing experience with credits in freelance newspaper reporting, personal fiction, and poetry. Starting his career in St. Louis, H.D. Campbell published his first piece at ten with a poem published in a national magazine. That continued with writing personal fiction writing every chance he got. By the time he finished high school, H.D. Campbell had notebooks full of stories he was ready to publish. He co-founded The St. Louis Creative Black Writer's Guild in college, which lasted five years. It was an organization where writers networked and inspired each other through guest speakers, trips to bookstores, and critique sessions. During and after college, he wrote freelance for various newspapers and publications.
H.D. Campbell has currently six books published so far. They are: How to Lose a Black Woman (1999; Romance); Late Murder @10 (2005; Mystery/Suspense); Sergeant Wiseguy Chronicles (2010; Espionage Thriller); The War- Hawk Biological Threat (2012; Espionage Thriller); Geraldine (2013; Romance); and Garth: the Virtual Killer (2013; Mystery/Suspense); Tempestra
H.D. Campbell is also a freelance writer and professional editor. He creates book trailers, press kits, promotions, and other services to assist other writers and authors in editing and promoting their work.
H.D. Campbell also produces a show on his YouTube (H.D. Television) called The Author's Corner w/H.D. Campbell. The show is filled with news, interviews, and inspiration for authors and aspiring writers. The show debuted on August 4, 2009, and has expanded from a once-a-month series into a weekly series.
The Author’s Corner is the first of many shows coming out on the H.D. Television YouTube channel. He's producing new shows and many events for other authors under his umbrella. His newest show, The Artsts' Corner (for artists, entrepreneurs, politicians and more) was started in 2023. In addition, in 2024, H.D. started a video blog called My Weekly Gripe where he talks about topics such as current events, politics, relationships and more. In addition, in 2025, H.D. started Mental Health Mondays where he talks about topics of the mind and heart for everyone to be okay. Finally, there will be author tutorial specials in addition to news and political specials.
He started Hard Drive Publishing in 2015 where he now gives authors a chance to run their own destinies. In 2025 and beyond, Hard Drive Publishing will now push authors into a new direction. That came just in time because around that time the publishing company H.D. Campbell published under folded and he had to buy back all of the rights to his titles. H.D. Campbell then took his books off the market and will now start re-releasing them under the Hard Drive Umbrella. They will all be released between 2025 and 2027 with new releases coming in between.
The purpose of publishing and the Author's/Artists' Corner is to help fellow authors get to the top.

Through an uncomfortable search, he eventually finds someone who could be his true love but an argument about an ex and the wrong decision causes his world to spiral out of control. He learns a lot about himself and relationships along the way. He uses the short window of time he must fix what was broken before the relationship is deemed beyond repair.This book personifies a few of the aspects of the modern relationship from Bruce’s point of view. Filled with original poetry, Bruce journals his mission as a teaching tool for others. He’s not perfect nor does he make himself out to be. His journey is all his own right or wrong and he takes his adventures as a learning experience.While it’s a good story about one aspect of the human spirit, the lesson isn’t for everyone but everyone can see at least a small part of themselves in the book.

They find the anchor had personal problems both within and and outside (including both inside and outside the station (including mob ties) As Mark Alexander gets closer, the truth gets closer, and the more dangerous things become. The case allows Mark to regain the spirit he lost when he left investigative reporting five years ago. Mark fights to unravel the mystery, but not before opening the floodgates of controversy surrounding the murdered news anchor.

Mark Alexander (LateMurder@10) returns with a new partner to track down a woman-hating cyber serial killer. The killer (dubbing himself Garth) uses social networking and chat rooms to stalk and murder victims he finds as "a problem" in society. When the first murder leads to the wrong man being arrested, Mark must employ his investigative skills with his new partner with issues of her own to find and stop the killer. Mark must help his new partner overcome her issues in order to track down this elusive serial killer and save this wrongly convicted man before the body count rises.

My name is Sergeant Wiseguy, an agent of the Meadowlark Group in St. Louis. My mission is to use my amazing powers of strategy to take out terrorism at home and abroad. My first mission takes me to Paris where I have to track down a Soviet nuclear warhead stolen during the coup of 1991 by Joe Pituskin, an ex-KGB agent turned terrorist leader. He and his group, the Red Puma Brigade, stole the warhead and smuggled it into Paris.
When the warhead was discovered, I was asked to go to Paris and assist their special investigative team. What I didn't know was the agent I was working with was an ex-lover of mine with a secret we had to overcome to complete our mission. This action-packed story is the first in a series of missions.
